The NFA Music Booster fund will be used to raise money for competitions, trips and extra needs for the Newburgh Free Academy Main Music Department. Our main goal is that every music student at NFA has unique musical experiences throughout their time at NFA. These experiences will not only make them better musicians but will teach students the importance of hard work, dedication, kindness, persistence and teamwork. We want to make sure all of our trips and competitions are equitable for all students to attend. Many schools throughout Orange County compete in competitions to receive ensemble feedback for their group and individual feedback for their students. We want to make sure that Newburgh is also represented at these important events. The Newburgh Free Academy Music Booster fund will help the financial needs of our students and department.
