The HEART Foundation is a vehicle to raise funds for development and operation of a social-equity based workforce development program executed at the county & borough level, across the country. The focus is health and healing, teaching marketable skills, job placement, and conducting small business incubator and RFA prep programs. The intention is to create a comprehensive framework for reinvesting in communities most harmed by the drug war.
