Grants from this fund are used to support nonprofit organizations. The fund also awards the Meyer & Lillian Jacobowitz Business Scholarship and the Dr. Morton I. Blackman Memorial Scholarship at Valley Central High School; and the Edward Edsall Memorial Scholarship and the Lillian & Meyer Jacobowitz Scholarship at Wallkill Senior High School.
