The David C. Green Legacy Fund will support community service and humanitarian causes that benefit the residents of the Town of New Windsor through annual distributions to 501(c)3 organizations. The fund will also support annual scholarship opportunities for residents of New Windsor graduating from Newburgh and/or Cornwall school districts.
