Robert Garloch was a dedicated tradesman always working to hone his crafts and use his skills for the betterment of his community and to help others. This scholarship will honor his memory by supporting a hardworking Orange County BOCES student in need of financial support in their pursuit of further education or training to prepare for a meaningful career.
