Scholarships from this fund will be awarded for students graduating from high school or matriculating into a 4-year college from a 2-year college. Students from high schools or community colleges in Perry County, Alabama and Sullivan County, NY as well as Guttman Community College (CUNY) are eligible for scholarships.
