Samuel Beytin was passionate about making scholarships available to students in the Fallsburg Central School District. In the 66 years since Beytin started the fund in Fallsburg when he taught in the District, the Fund has awarded well over $260,000 to more than 500 recipients. Through the Samuel Beytin Fallsburg Central Community Scholarship Fund, scholarships are ensured for the future, and honor the legacy of a great community leader.
This year, graduating seniors in the Fallsburg Central School District who have been accepted and ultimately matriculate as full time students at any accredited college or university located in the U.S., and who demonstrate outstanding character, potential for success, academic achievement, and participation in school activities and community service, are eligible for the following awards from the Samuel Beytin Fallsburg Central Community Scholarship Fund.
