The Community Foundation’s Make A Difference Fund Announces Grant Recipients for 2014

The Make a Difference Fund was established by the Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan to provide grants to local organizations that provide services and programs to children of low-income, disadvantaged or distressed families. It is a fund, like all of our funds, to which anyone may donate. The needs are endless and your generosity is appreciated.

The board of directors is proud to announce 2014 grant recipients from the Make a Difference Fund:

Big Brothers Big Sister11-19-14 BBBS Make A Difference_smalls of Orange County, Inc. – a grant of $1,500 for the Site Based Mentoring Program with Mount Saint Mary College which matches youth facing adversity with one-to-one mentoring relationships.

 

 

 

 

United Way of Sullivan County, Inc. – a grant of $1,500 for the Snack Pack Program which provides supplemental 11-19-14 United Way Make A Difference_smallchild-friendly, nutritional foods to children who are at risk of food instability.
