The FF Thomas J. Foley Foundation Fund made its inaugural grant in the amount of $5,000 to Children of Promise Stable. This grant is a donation towards the indoor riding stable in memory of Thomas J. Foley who had a deep love of horses.

Children of Promise Stable is a not-for-profit corporation located in Nanuet, NY that provides professional equine assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) for both children and adults with special needs through a diversified equestrian riding program. Children of Promise Stable is a quality first-class facility designed to foster positive emotional growth, independence and improve the physical and social well being of their clients.

About the FF Thomas J. Foley Foundation Fund: The Firefighter Thomas J. Foley Foundation Fund was established in 2011, as a tribute to an American hero who made the ultimate sacrifice while saving tens of thousands of lives during the tragic events of September 11, 2001. This fund will provide grants to nonprofit organizations.
