Public service was a passion for Timothy B. Flanagan, who always put others before himself. He provided accounting services for the East Coldenham PTA and Walden Rotary Club for which he was also the former President and Treasurer. Tim served as Board Member for the Valley Central School System. This fund awards scholarship to graduates of Valley Central High School who have taken part in community service.
