This fund will give out scholarship(s) to graduating senior(s) of school districts in Sullivan, Orange, Ulster, and Dutchess counties who were born prematurely (between 23 and 37 weeks of term) in the year 2016 or thereafter and have achieved a grade point average of 70 or higher.
