The Village of Chester Community Association aims to beautify the Village of Chester with updated and new visual enhancements. Our goal is to increase the pride held by Chester’s residents and bring new visitors to the Village to boost local businesses. We organize and hold two successful events each year – Village of Chester Holiday Lights Parade and Community Wide Yard Sale – and will continue these popular events. Our fundraising goals include providing new LED holiday street lights and decorations throughout the village.
