Valley Central High School Girls Swim and Dive Team strives to instill a life-long love of swimming and diving while providing a quality program based on excellence in training, team unity, and character development by teaching proper stroke and diving technique, providing aerobic training sets, and promoting self-esteem, self-discipline, and good sportsmanship. The team aims to provide an opportunity for all participants to set and attain goals, both individual and team, to achieve their potential and to compete at the highest level.

This fund will raise money for and accept contributions to support the Valley Central Girls Swim and Dive team and its athletes. Funds will be used for team apparel including team tee shirts and sweatshirts as well as County, Section and State apparel, travel meet expenses, new training equipment, and special events and activities including goody bags for away meets, senior night, and our end of season banquet.
