This fund provides scholarships to students for college, participation in Rotary Youth Leadership Exchange and other educational, charitable or humanitarian opportunities.

The Liberty Rotary scholarship focuses on community service and is awarded to Liberty HS graduates who plan to enroll in an accredited 2 or 4 year college/university and/or a vocational/technical school. Ideal candidates should model Rotary’s motto, “Service Above Self” through active group or individual involvement in school, community, and service organizations.

Graduates must be in good academic standing and of good moral character, demonstrated by Rotary’s Four Way Test:

  1. Is it the Truth?
  2. Is it Fair to all concerned?
  3. Will it build Goodwill and Better Friendships?
  4. Will it be Beneficial to all concerned?
